Pyrolysis Technology
We use automated pyrolysis plants that operate at controlled temperatures in the absence of oxygen to decompose waste tyres. The result is:
- Pyrolysis Oil – Used as industrial fuel.

- Steel Wire – Recycled for industrial applications.
- Gas – Reused within the plant for energy, making the process self-sustaining.
Devulcanization
Through chemical and mechanical processes, we break down vulcanized rubber for reuse in:

Shredding & Crumbing
Our high-speed shredders and grinders reduce tyres into crumb rubber of varying sizes, used in:
